AFTER BOOKING

Once a league books a date, here is the process.

1.       The league will fill out a servicing form (simple 1 page form) that you will forward to ou lab.

2.       We will send the league price lists and order envelopes to pass out to families before picture day (usually 2-3 weeks).  We do that and we print them, that is on us!

3.       You will make sure that the league (or you) do a schedule that is efficient and makes sense for you and the families. A proper (not too fast, not too slow) schedule is the key to success of the event and your financial success (so you don’t need too many staff). We teach you how to do this.

4.       You will “staff” your shoot. If you need other photographers, you can run Craigslist ads and look for photographers with equipment and good personality. Then you make sure they go through our training material Always meet them first and ask them to do test shots, even of you! Friends and family always make good staff too!
